Under the collective leadership of the Party branch committee, the Propaganda Committee of the Party branch is responsible for the propaganda work of the Party branch. Its main responsibilities are:

1, understand and master the ideological status of party member and the masses, and put forward publicity and education work plans and opinions according to the party's work priorities and tasks in different periods and the instructions of the higher-level party organizations, combined with the actual situation of the unit.

2. Organize party member, cadres and the masses to learn from Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents and Scientific Outlook on Development; Learn the party's basic line, basic knowledge and fine traditional style; Learn current affairs policies and complete the learning tasks assigned by superiors; Organize party class study and do a good job in ideological and political work.

Strengthen the construction of propaganda positions of the unit, make full use of propaganda tools such as radio and television, campus network, blackboard newspaper and bulletin board, adhere to the correct political direction and public opinion orientation, properly control the political aspects of various publicity and education activities of the branch, and do a good job in propaganda and agitation.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and Party branches.

Second, the responsibilities of the members of the University Organizing Committee:

1. According to the resolution of the Party branch, assist the secretary to make all preparations for the change of the Party branch and strengthen the guidance in the implementation process. Members of the Organizing Committee must be official party member.

2, check and supervise the arrangement of organizational life. Members should keep abreast of the organizational life, grasp the trends of party member's thoughts and report relevant information to the Party branch.

The appraisal work generally goes through the stages of study and education, self-appraisal, democratic appraisal, organizational inspection and commendation.

5. Do a good job in education management in party member. Assist the Propaganda Committee to educate party member, and urge party member to earnestly fulfill its obligations and correctly exercise its rights. Do a good job in the daily management of party branches in organizational work.
