Implementation plan of special rectification work of "two violations" in Dongyang City

In order to actively promote the special rectification of illegal land use and illegal construction (hereinafter referred to as "two violations") in our city, effectively solve the current problem of looting of illegal construction in our city, comprehensively curb the spread of "two violations", and maintain the seriousness of urban and rural planning and land management, according to the unified deployment of the municipal party Committee and the municipal government, it is decided to carry out the special rectification of "two violations" within the city. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the rectification work, the following implementation plan is formulated:

First, working ideas.

In accordance with the working idea of "unified deployment, division of responsibilities, combination of unblocking and blocking, step-by-step implementation, centralized rectification and priority promotion", we will adhere to administration according to law, strengthen source management, resolutely rectify "two violations" and further standardize land use and construction order.

Second, the goal and scope of remediation work

(1) Work objectives

Fourth, job requirements

(1) Establish an organization and strengthen leadership.
