How to enrich students' accumulation

Many teachers always complain that their students' language ability in "oral communication" is poor, and their words fail to convey their meaning; In "writing", the sentences are not fluent and the words are plain. This is all because there are very few languages stored in students' brains. If students want to use language, they must be guided to accumulate good language at ordinary times.

First, based on Chinese teaching, guide students to accumulate language

The articles, poems, famous sayings, couplets and proverbs in the textbook are carefully selected, and the language is very standardized and beautiful. So I pay great attention to guiding students to accumulate language in teaching.

1. Accumulate words in excerpts. Excerpting beautiful words from the text can not only help students deepen their feelings about the language of the text, but also play a role in accumulating language. In the first class of each semester, I will instruct students to prepare a notebook, and set up columns such as "idiom collection", "famous aphorisms", "classic sentences" and "interesting couplets" in the notebook to copy common words, idioms, proverbs, couplets, famous aphorisms, witty sentences or fragments in the text, and make them copy and read frequently to deepen their impression and understanding.

2. Accumulate language by reciting. As the saying goes, "Read 300 Tang poems by heart, even if you can't write, you will recite them." There are a lot of languages in the text, and the concepts and laws of languages are complicated. Some sentences are very beautiful, vivid and concrete. Reciting these words and phrases is of great help to enrich students' language. Recitation is an effective way to accumulate language and contribute to the formation of language action skills. Therefore, in the teaching process, I ask students to recite the articles, paragraphs and sentences in the text, so that students can achieve the purpose of accumulation from recitation.

Second, broaden extracurricular channels and enrich language accumulation.

Because linguists say that 70% of the language comes from extracurricular activities, including extracurricular reading, Chinese activities, Chinese practice and the hidden education of Chinese given by natural society, extracurricular languages are more colorful. Then, our teachers should pay more attention to guiding students to accumulate language after class.

1, accumulate language in extracurricular reading.

After all, the number and types of articles in textbooks have certain limitations, so students should be guided to read after class and accumulate language in expanding reading. But if students are not interested in extracurricular reading and can't find a good book suitable for them, then language will become an empty talk in extracurricular reading. Therefore, I recommend books suitable for students' reading and stimulate their interest in extracurricular reading in combination with students' actual and teaching needs.

(1) Recommend reading materials according to the actual situation of students. Junior students like vivid images and lively content, and they can be recommended to read lively and interesting books such as fairy tales, fables and cartoons. Senior students like exquisite literature, inspirational and high-tech content, and can recommend reading books such as popular science and world famous books. After years of experience, I know that middle school students like tortuous stories, so I recommend them to read historical stories, folk stories, science fiction and other books, and the effect is excellent.

(2) Recommend reading materials according to teaching needs. Guiding students to read articles related to the text is not only helpful for understanding the text, but also helpful for language accumulation. For example, when I was studying Little Photographer, I took the opportunity to recommend Gorky's famous works and prose poems, such as Childhood, On the Earth and Haiyan. This not only cultivates students' interest in reading, but also broadens their reading scope and increases their income.

2. Accumulate language in watching movies.

Most students like watching TV, listening to the radio and surfing the Internet. Indeed, the role and attraction of the media are very great now. TV programs are rich and colorful, and the broadcast content is rich and colorful. I can make students watch appropriate TV programs and listen to appropriate radio programs through correct guidance, so that they can watch and listen to middle school idioms and accumulate language.

(1) Record interesting language in watching and listening to children's programs. Many languages in children's programs are lively and interesting. For example, cartoons such as Sheriff Black Cat, Crayon Shinchan and Cherry Maruko broadcast by CCTV-Children's Channel are all favorite programs of primary school students. I ask students to write interesting language while watching and listening to the program.

(2) Recording appreciative language while watching other programs. I also recommend students to watch news broadcast, legal programs and advertisements. The news broadcast language is standardized, concise and appropriate; The language in legal programs is inspiring; Advertising words are concise and expressive. When I instruct students to watch these programs, I ask them to consciously write down good words and phrases and accumulate language while receiving education or enjoying entertainment.

3. Accumulate words and phrases from social life.

Language is everywhere in society. For example, in some factories, the wall reads "Today's quality is the life of tomorrow's factory"; In the insurance company, it is labeled as "a promise of a thousand dollars, a lifelong commitment"; In the mobile telecom hall, it says "Sincerity to Forever" and "Communication starts from the heart"; The placard in the park reads "The grass has life, please be merciful at your feet"; In the teaching building of the school, "Learn to be a man, learn to seek knowledge and learn to keep fit" is posted. The front door of the house is pasted with Spring Festival couplets: "Good luck in spring, summer, autumn and winter, and meet noble people in the east, west, north and south." These beautiful sentences are very worthy of students' accumulation and should be mastered and used. I pay attention to guiding students to form a good habit of being good at observing life and being willing to record life. This will help students accumulate language in their minds, and their language will be flexible. I often encourage students to participate in social life and care about life. I also encourage students to pay more attention to proverbs, couplets, two-part allegorical sayings, implicit advertising words, concise slogans and some interesting, meaningful and humorous popular languages, and record them in notebooks at any time.

There are thousands of channels to accumulate languages. The purpose of students' language accumulation is to use language. Our teachers should create opportunities for students to use the language, implement oral communication and practice in each unit, encourage students to use it in oral communication and practice, use more beautiful words and phrases they have learned, and hold activities such as "idioms solitaire", "Storytelling", "Speech" and "Debate" to make them feel the pleasure of using the language correctly and skillfully, and inspire them to accumulate constantly.
