Was there a typhoon during the Golden Gate artillery battle?

Hello LZ

some

During the Golden Gate artillery battle, seven tropical cyclones were generated in the northwest Pacific (reaching the level above tropical storm, based on the best path of Japan Meteorological Agency).

Among them, the No.5820 strong tropical storm landed in Hualien on August 29th, and landed in Hui 'an, Fujian one day later.

No.5822 typhoon "Grace" (equivalent to today's super typhoon), the intensity of which is equivalent to today's strong typhoon, landed in Fuding, Fujian on September 4.

The above two tropical cyclones are very close to the artillery battle site.

The remaining tropical cyclones, one went to Hainan, three turned to Japan, one turned to the ocean, and did not land anywhere.
