(3) The number of households subsidized by the autonomous region for the production means of herders in our banner is less than the actual number of registered households in the pastoral areas of our banner. How to solve the problem of subsidies for the production means of the extra herdsmen has become a problem.
(4) The reward compensation mechanism has a heavy workload and requires a variety of instruments and equipment as well as funds for training, management, transportation and other work. It is recommended that governments at all levels arrange corresponding funds as soon as possible to ensure the normal operation of the reward supplement work.
4.
