The expert group waded through mountains and rivers, not afraid of rugged roads and scorching sun, and was sweating all over. They also visited a rescuer, made a detailed examination and evaluation of the children, formulated a comprehensive rehabilitation plan and treatment methods, and instructed local doctors and therapists on how to rehabilitate the children.

After the medical action of going deep into poor families, the expert group went to Lu 'an Rehabilitation Hospital for rehabilitation guidance in the afternoon under the scorching sun and high temperature of 33 degrees. After Professor Tang's lecture, he, Director Wu De, Head Nurse Lv Fuli and Cui Pengcheng carefully examined, evaluated and diagnosed more than 60 hospitalized disabled children, and formulated rehabilitation plans and methods. Cui Pengcheng's therapist passed on the rehabilitation methods and techniques he had mastered to the therapist and parents of children, and practiced them repeatedly until the therapist and parents could understand them carefully.
