Paint construction process

The construction process of paint is as follows:

1. Base cleaning

It is to clean and smooth the surface so that the following steps can proceed smoothly.

2. Apply interface agent

Before painting, you must first apply a layer of interface agent on the top of the wall, mainly to prevent the paint from falling off.

3. Ceiling joint treatment

The joints between the ceiling board and the board are easy to crack, so kraft paper must be pasted first.

4. Stick the wall protector

The wall protector fixes the putty on the wall. All walls must be scraped except the wall behind the cabinet.

5. Apply corner strips to the yin and yang corners

The corner strips can make the yin and yang corners form straight edges to resist breakage and cracking.

6. Paint scraping

After scraping the rough yellow wall, start painting. After painting it once, you need to use aluminum alloy to level it to ensure the smoothness of the wall.

7. Paint twice more

After the cabinet is installed, you need to paint twice more, but the thick base painted again is thinner than before.

8. Paint repair and polishing

After four coats of paint, the wall needs to be sanded and smoothed with sandpaper. After polishing, the walls and floors need to be cleaned.

9. Spray primer

After the paint is repaired, start spraying primer. The primer needs to be sprayed twice. After spraying the primer, you need to touch up, wait until the paint is dry, sand it again, and clean it again.

10. Spray the topcoat

After two coats of primer, start spraying the topcoat. The topcoat should also be sprayed on both sides. After that, the entire painting project is completed.
