I am tired of being treated as a second-class citizen, just because I am unfortunately a member of the exploited society-the consumer. The more places I go, such as shops and hotels, banks and post offices, railway stations, airports and so on. The more certain I am that they are only operating to cater to a company, a system or a chamber of commerce. These so-called "service" organizations seem to have a fraudulent new motto-pre-sales service personnel.

For example, how many times have you stood in line at the post office or supermarket for several hours? Because they don't have enough staff to arrange their service windows or checkout counters. In today's high unemployment rate, it is undoubtedly easy to hire cashiers and counter staff. However, supermarkets complain that it will increase their expenses to make all the cash registers work. The post office said that it is impossible for them to make all the service windows work because "sometimes the customer demand is not that great".

Hotels have the same problem. When this happens, the restaurant closes early or simplifies menu selection because waiters and chefs have to finish their work. But for the sake of our customers, we must bring it up. There are not so many friendly night service staff in the hotel to provide the so-called "efficiency", which has been replaced by slot machines, which can provide everything from storing beer to laxatives. Not to mention those creepy tea sets in your room: teapots mixed with various tea bags, plastic bottles, cardboard and sugar. Who wants to wake up in the middle of the night and have a sip of herbal tea? Of course I won't, especially since I have already paid for this service!

Our only hope is to fully express our anger whenever and wherever possible. Even if all fails, we can still take it to other occasions, just like the earlier slogan-do business elsewhere!
