Peking University Health Science Center changed majors.

Hello, this is the latest management regulation of changing majors in Peking University Medical Center on 20 14:

First, change the professional purpose.

The purpose of undergraduate students (including long-term students) changing majors is to adhere to the student-oriented educational concept, respect students' professional interests, give play to students' subjective initiative in learning, and make full use of school teaching resources.

Second, the principle of changing majors

1. Undergraduate (including long-term academic system) majors within the Medical Department and between the Medical Department and the Headquarters can be transferred to each other:

(1) The majors at the same level can be converted to each other (between majors with bachelor's and doctoral degrees, between majors with undergraduate studies, and between majors with undergraduate studies), with the same level and the academic system changed to professional academic system;

(2) High-level majors can be converted to low-level majors (undergraduate majors are converted to undergraduate majors or undergraduate majors, and undergraduate majors are converted to undergraduate majors), and the level and academic system are changed to professional levels and academic systems;

(3) The conversion of low-level majors to high-level majors (undergraduate or undergraduate to undergraduate, undergraduate to undergraduate) will all be converted to undergraduate level and exported according to undergraduate graduation.

2. Considering the use and allocation of teaching resources in our school, the number of transferred-out and transferred-in students in each grade and major shall not exceed 10% in principle, and the specific number of transferred-out students and applicants shall be determined by each college.

Third, the application conditions for changing majors

1. First-and second-year undergraduates (the specific conversion of professional grades is decided by each college);

2. The admission scores of all majors transferred to the Medical Department (excluding all kinds of bonus items) meet one of the following conditions:

(1) The total score is higher than the minimum score of local enrollment for the major to be transferred *;

(2) (Minimum score of local enrollment for the major to be transferred *-total score of college enrollment for students) ÷ Minimum score of local enrollment for the major to be transferred ≤ 1%.

3. Students who apply to transfer to the medical department must have higher scores in the college entrance examination (excluding all extra points) than the local science admission scores of the same batch in the same year plus code grade difference *.

4. Excellent in character and learning, and never punished;

5. The average GPA of the courses taken is 2.90 or above, and there are no failed or make-up courses.

One, one of the following circumstances, will not be considered to change majors.

1. When enrolling students, it is specially agreed that students cannot change majors;

2. Directed students, national defense students and entrusted students;

3. Students who drop out of school and keep their school status.

Second, the conversion of professional procedures

1. The Education Department of the Ministry of Medicine accepts professional changes every April. Each college (department) draws up the number, conditions and assessment methods of receiving and transferring students according to the teaching resources.

2. Students who apply to change their major should fill in the application form and submit it to the teaching office of their college (department) within the specified time. After being approved by the college (department), they should register in the teaching office of the college (department) that intends to change their major, pay the registration fee and examination fee as required, and take part in the examination for changing their major organized by the college (department). The Education Department of the Ministry of Medicine is responsible for organizing the examination for students transferred to clinical medicine. Those who fail to attend the assessment on time shall be treated as waivers.

3. The receiving college (department) will submit the approved student list and application form to the Education Department of the Ministry of Medicine for approval. Students who are allowed to transfer to a major will go through the relevant formalities at the Education Department of the department within two weeks of the start of the new semester and formally become students who transfer to a college (department).

1. The original college (department) will transfer the original student registration materials that have gone through relevant procedures to the college (department), and the original college (department) will keep a copy. Students in the university headquarters are also required to submit copies of the enrollment list of freshmen and student files to the medical department.

First, change professional management.

1. The receiving college (department) advises students to transfer to the same grade or lower grade according to the course progress of students majoring in transfer, and reports it to the Education Department of the Ministry of Medicine for approval.

2. The scores of courses taken by students before changing majors will be recorded truthfully, and the receiving college (department) will identify the courses taken by students in their original majors according to the requirements of the professional training plan.

3. Students who plan to change their major will be disqualified if they fail the final exam of the semester.

Students can only change their major once.

5. Those who have been approved to change their major and have gone through the formalities for changing their major shall not be transferred back.

Second, due to the diversion of undergraduate courses, long-term students majoring in clinical medicine and stomatology are not in the above categories. For specific measures, please refer to Supplementary Opinions on Setting Staged Diversion Exit for Students Majoring in Clinical Medicine and Stomatology (Beijing Medical Administration (2008) 18).

Three, the above measures are applicable to medical students and undergraduates to be transferred to the Department of Medicine, and shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation. The right of interpretation belongs to the Education Department of the Ministry of Health.
