Dear users:

In order to strengthen the management of heat supply and demand and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both heating enterprises and users, according to the relevant provisions of the Weifang Heating Regulations. Our company collects heating fees from September 12 to1October 3 1 day, 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. heating price: non-residential 25.2 yuan /m2, residential 2 1.2 yuan /m2, low-income users 17.2 yuan /m2. Low-income users need to bring the original and photocopy of the annual low-income security fund and the original and photocopy of the real estate license to the company service hall to pay.

Second, the payment process and method:

Method 1: WeChat official account payment.

Pay attention to our company's official WeChat account-home menu bar-"convenient service"-"I want to pay"-after entering the user number (mobile phone number, ID number and agreement number), click "Next"-enter the payment amount, that is, "bill amount", and click "Pay Now"-click "Pay" to complete the payment.

Method 2: Mobile banking and online banking payment steps.

Mode 3: WeChat/Alipay scan code payment

According to the support type (WeChat, other bank cards, ICBC cards), jump to the corresponding payment page, and customers can choose their own payment methods.

Mode 4: self-service payment by outlets

Customers can carry their ICBC cards, and pay their own bills under the "Life Payment" column in the self-service machine of any ICBC outlet, or they can be assisted by the outlet staff.

Method 5: Cash payment at outlets

If you don't have an ICBC card, you can also bring cash to any ICBC outlet counter in the city to pay the ICBC electronic payment (heating fee) project.

3. Heating time: from 20221October 12 to March 202312.

Fourth, stop using heat and open new accounts.

1. Stop using heat: the householder should bring his ID card and real estate license to our company before 10 and 15 to go through the formalities of stopping using heat. If it is not handled within the specified time, it is regarded as the normal heat consumption of the user in this heating season, and the heat fee should be paid normally. The expenses incurred due to the delay in stopping the report shall be borne by the user.

2. Opening and restoring heating for new households: the householder shall go through relevant formalities in the service hall of our company with his ID card and real estate license before June 65438+1October 65438+May, and turn on the hot valves in turn after the workers pass the household inspection. Please refer to our official WeChat account number and notice for the time of home inspection in each community.

Five, where private thermal facilities, private thermal area (including but not limited to the main building with attic, sun room) users.

If the household inspection has been completed in the previous year, a supplementary agreement has been signed, and the payment has been made in full. If there is no change, the payment can be made normally;

If the above conditions are not met, please ask the householder to go through the corresponding formalities in our company with relevant certificates before June 10+05.
