2. Carry out a special campaign to “combine organized crime and eliminate evil” and pay close attention to the comprehensive management of chaos. Strictly follow the requirements of "six musts", "six don'ts" and "six 100%" to comprehensively strengthen construction site management and implement one file for each construction site. We will continue to supervise the installation of fences at new construction sites, hardening of entrance and exit roads, installation of flushing pools, and installation of surveillance cameras on entrance and exit roads. Supervise the construction unit to cover the bulk building materials stacked at the construction site, remove the debris generated by the construction in a timely manner, and cover the stacked and backfilled construction debris with a net. Supervise construction sites to take measures such as closure and dust reduction during construction to control dust pollution, and focus on controlling dust pollution from demolition sites and import and export roads in urban areas. Implement the administrative licensing management system for the transportation and disposal of waste at construction sites, fully implement the management and registration system for waste transportation, and strengthen source control;

According to the rules of freight vehicle transportation, adopt a combination of day and night inspections and set up road patrols We will vigorously carry out rectification actions through measures that combine education and punishment, and strictly investigate violations such as failure to cover freight vehicles and throwing them along the street. Strengthen the supervision and management of coal piles, sand and gravel fields, and material piles, and investigate and deal with the prohibition, investigation and punishment of open piles of sand and gravel, coal burning and other behaviors. Since the beginning of this year, there have been a total of 477 inspections of construction sites, and 86 rounds of fixed-point inspections have been carried out at duty stations for waste disposal control. A total of more than 4,250 vehicles have been inspected, and 135 cases of vehicle abandonment have been investigated and dealt with. The fourth is to strengthen the control of open burning. Behaviors such as multiple store signs and random advertisements on primary and secondary arterial roads have been further regulated, and phenomena such as random spray painting and random banners across the street have been effectively stopped. Fourth, the comprehensive management of the Guangyuan Railway Station Square and its surroundings and the Nanhe Agricultural Wholesale Market has achieved remarkable results, with high public satisfaction.
