We went to the grass-roots gas enterprises to listen to the report, give on-site guidance and follow-up supervision, and organized relevant units, TV stations, and gas enterprise leaders to conduct joint inspections on gas enterprises in our county, expose the problems existing in gas enterprises, and deal with them in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations, so that the red line awareness of safety production and the concept of rule of law can be deeply rooted in the hearts of gas enterprise leaders.

Two, elaborate organization, extensive publicity and education activities.

At the meeting, the person in charge of the liquefied gas enterprise signed a letter of responsibility for gas safety management in * * county, and organized the safety knowledge examination of the liquefied gas bus gas industry in the county. Those who fail to pass the examination shall not issue a gas shuttle bus certificate this year.

In order to implement the activities and make the activities fruitful, all gas enterprises mobilized and deployed in accordance with the implementation plan of "Safe Production Month" activities, and defined the responsible persons for each work. Three, strict rules and regulations, strengthen internal management

Shuttle vehicles should be numbered in sequence, marked with gas warning signs, equipped with fire-fighting equipment, and the shuttle personnel should work with certificates. Those who work without a license or use unapproved vehicles to transport liquefied gas will be resolutely banned.

At the beginning of the year, we signed the Annual Management Responsibility Letter for Safety Production in Gas Industry with various gas companies. In March, the expired gas business license of gas companies was updated according to regulations, and the supply license of bottled liquefied petroleum gas was strictly issued, in an attempt to introduce a safety review system, improve access conditions, and more effectively regulate the market order of bottled liquefied petroleum gas. All gas enterprises are required to strengthen their own management, decompose and implement safety target responsibilities at different levels, ensure safe gas supply, and establish the safety production awareness of the responsible persons of all gas enterprises.

Four, to carry out gas safety law enforcement inspection and supervise the rectification work.

Since the beginning of this year, our bureau has conducted 46 surprise inspections on gas enterprises in the county, found 36 hidden dangers, implemented rectification and eliminated 36 hidden dangers, conducted safety inspections once a month, and conducted safety inspections at least once a week during major festivals. In the routine inspection in April, it was found that the floating population around the store of the county liquefied gas purchasing station, which has been operating in the Beimen vegetable market for many years, was gradually dense, the equipment in the store was outdated, the transportation and delivery of gas cylinders were inconvenient, the fire exits on both sides were missing, and there were few fire-fighting equipment.

Those found not meeting the requirements shall be ordered to make rectification, and those whose rectification is not in place shall be resolutely banned. Report the gas safety inspection to the superior once a week, find 42 hidden dangers, implement rectification and eliminate 42 hidden dangers, and control the occurrence of gas safety accidents from the source.

No unit or individual may use scrapped or expired liquefied petroleum gas cylinders. Once found, our brigade will severely investigate and punish those who fill "spiral bottles", expired bottles and corroded bottles, and all LPG filling stations will impose penalties in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 65438/kloc-from October to June, our brigade * * * found 49 scrapped, seriously corroded and expired gas cylinders, 40 of which were in Songbu Town and Ganzhou Town adjacent to Anyi County and Jing 'an County, and all the unqualified gas cylinders were confiscated, which relieved the surrounding security risks.

Bottled liquefied petroleum gas shall not be transported without a license or long-distance transportation across regions. Some shuttle bus workers are greedy for profits, so they are not dangerous, ignore laws and regulations, operate illegally without a license, and fill across counties. Some also use scrapped bottles and expired bottles to fill LPG, which not only affects the normal operation order of the gas market, but also has major security risks, seriously affecting the safety of people's lives and property. * * In the first half of 2008, the Gas Squadron of the Urban Management Brigade tracked illegal traders in the county for many times, organized personnel to stay on guard, seized 2 cross-regional illegal filling cases, confiscated 53 heavy gas cylinders, confiscated 5,000 yuan of illegal income, and dealt with 3 illegal personnel, which greatly dealt a blow to rampant illegal filling in our county, eliminated the lucky psychology of illegal filling, and standardized the gas market order.

Natural gas is flammable and explosive, so the safety protection of natural gas pipeline is extremely important. The state has also promulgated many laws to regulate the safe operation of gas. In the first half of * * year, our brigade handled two accidents of natural gas pipeline damage and leakage caused by illegal excavation and drilling in time, and handled the accidents according to the State Council No.583 "Regulations on Urban Gas Management", recovering the loss of 40,000 yuan from natural gas leakage and punishing 6 persons responsible, so that the construction units and construction personnel were awed by gas safety accidents, thus ensuring that the work before, during and after the construction process was done seriously and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property in the county.

Through this activity, it further promoted the implementation of safety production in gas enterprises in our county, enhanced the safety awareness and service awareness of employees in the gas industry, and increased the people's awareness of safe use of gas and safe operation of gas cookers. This activity has played a very good role in ensuring the healthy development of the gas industry in our county and keeping the gas market safe and accident-free, laying a solid foundation for better safety management of the gas market in the future.
