Yoga can calm your heart. When you concentrate on doing an action quietly, your brain will not jump quickly to think about many things, but will meditate very relaxed! Yoga is not the only way to relieve stress. When we are under pressure, we can do what we want to do to distract ourselves! For example, cleaning, washing clothes, running, doing some good things and so on!
