1. The city's two-level court litigation service centers are temporarily closed. If you plan to go to the court to apply for case filing, submit litigation materials, case inquiries, dispute mediation and other litigation service matters, the parties can do so through the Internet, mail, phone, etc.:

1. Online case filing or submission of materials. Please log in to the Jiangsu Court Litigation Service Network and Jiangsu Mobile Micro Court first. If it is inconvenient to carry out online litigation activities, relevant materials can be submitted by mail, or you can contact the nearest grid officer to assist in the submission with the help of our city's grid governance linkage platform.

2. Inquire about litigation matters. You can call the 12368 litigation service hotline to handle the matter. Dial the 12368 litigation service hotline to provide consultation, case progress inquiries and other litigation services.

3. Online dispute mediation. Since the people's mediation, lawyer reception, lawyer mediation and other studios of the city's two-level courts are temporarily closed, parties with mediation needs can give priority to the "Jiangsu Micro Dispute Resolution" PC version and mini program to mediate disputes online.

2. The city’s two-level courts will in principle postpone the opening, inquiry, hearing, mediation and other activities of relevant cases during this period. The specific time will be notified separately depending on changes in the epidemic situation. If a party or litigation agent is infected with pneumonia and is being treated, is in isolation, or has transportation affected by epidemic prevention and control, and is unable to conduct litigation activities through online court sessions or other methods, they may actively apply to postpone the trial.

3. The enforcement affairs centers of the city’s two-level courts are temporarily closed. The city's two-level courts will comprehensively increase their efforts in online investigation, control and handling of enforcement cases. If the person applying for execution finds clues about the person subject to execution and his property, he can report it to the execution court through the aforementioned online method. During the epidemic, offline property inspection, control, disposal and other measures will be affected to a certain extent, please understand.

4. The petition reception halls of the city’s two-level courts are temporarily closed. People who need complaints and petitions can submit petition materials online through the online petition function of the Jiangsu Court Litigation Service Network or mail the petition materials to the Case Filing Division of the Changzhou Intermediate People's Court, No. 6 Yongning North Road, Changzhou City. The Changzhou Intermediate People's Court will handle people's online complaints and letters in a conscientious and responsible manner, resolve the people's reasonable demands in a timely manner in accordance with the law, and effectively safeguard the people's legitimate rights and interests.

5. The resumption time of the Litigation Service Center, Enforcement Affairs Hall, and Letters and Calls Hall of the city’s two-level courts will be announced separately depending on changes in the epidemic situation.
