Guhu Town

In the bright spring, we walked to Guhu Town, walking along a newly paved slow path and enjoying the pastoral scenery.

The sky is clear with few clouds; the mountains in the distance are rolling; houses and trees stand in rows; corn seedlings are spread out in patches, full of green.

There are many strawberries and chrysanthemums planted in the greenhouse. The flowers have not yet bloomed and the branches and leaves are lush.

The water in several large fish ponds is clear, with fish jumping and ripples; weeds grow wildly on the banks, marigolds bloom in full bloom, and birds sing and flowers smell fragrant.

Turn right and see several high-rise buildings under construction in the distance. There is a billboard across the front of several quaint tile-roofed houses nearby: "Welcome to return to nature from the city." The slogan is very Grounded.

Squeezing in from the gap next to the billboard, you will see green bamboo forests and shaded trees; lantana flowers are blooming everywhere, beautiful pink; new benchmarks for cultural tourism in South China have been erected one after another.

Pass a wooden bridge and walk into Guhu Town Park: there is a brown tile house on the right. In front of the house, a pet is holding a lotus leaf, so cute! The two artificial flower trees next to the house are light pink and elegant.

There are several strings of wind chimes hanging under the oval wooden corridor on the left: the breeze blows and the tinkling sound is pleasant to the ear.

The pet mother and her pair of children stood quietly nearby; a hot spring gushes out from among the rockery rocks, steaming; a bamboo tube also flows out of a continuous hot spring.

We took turns holding the hot spring in hand to wash our faces and soak in the water: it was warm and very comfortable. A few drops of spring water accidentally flowed into my mouth, which tasted salty.

Entering from the entrance of the corridor, there is a cherry blossom tree on the left: the red flowers are romantic, falling and fragrant; the bamboos on the stone wall on the right are tall and the branches are tilted to the middle. The branches and leaves are like green mist, hazy. Hazy; the stone road winds like a maze.

After going around a few corners, the sight suddenly opened up, with 8 red lanterns beaming with joy.

More than a dozen long bamboo strips are interlaced into a tower shape, with several lotus lanterns hanging upside down, and several lotus leaf lanterns underneath placed side by side.

A large hot spring pool is displayed. The water surface is as flat as the sea, with green trees and houses reflected in the water, and a slight smoke curling up.

Flowers bloom beside the hot spring pool: mandarin ducks and jasmine are purple and white, clover flowers are small and exquisite, fragrant birds show their smiling faces, rose flowers are red and pink, and cannas are golden and brilliant.

? Stepping on the stone stairs, climbing layer by layer, you will see luxuriant grass, small bridges and flowing water, the sound of water is gurgling and the mist is diffuse.

A large wooden waterwheel stands out, making people feel like they are returning to the countryside.

An antique pavilion is decorated with lanterns, oil-paper umbrellas, flower drums, bamboo tables and chairs, which are beautiful and show the characteristics of the Jiangnan water town.

Next to the pavilion is the Ancient Rhythm Restaurant. The waitresses are all wearing ancient white embroidered cheongsam and are very graceful.

In front of the restaurant is a children's playground: a net cave, a slide, a panda castle surrounded by green leaves, a hanging bamboo basket swing, etc., which are novel and fun. The children are laughing and having fun until the parents give them repeated orders. I left reluctantly and went into the restaurant to taste the delicious food. There was no sound in the open space, it was extremely quiet.

We took pictures, browsed, slowly descended the mountain and returned home. Let’s have a holiday next week and come back to play again.
