(1) During the registration stage, candidates’ photos will be collected. Candidates can check the corresponding examination area and choose the examination area that meets their requirements to take the exam.

(2) This examination system and remote monitoring and recording system both use the Ouma Cloud examination system, which only supports the use of computer clients for examinations. Candidates must download the examination computer client and mobile phone monitoring APP in advance, and Conduct pre-exam system simulation tests and debug video and audio equipment as required.

(3) Candidates must carry out pre-exam preparations such as information collection, identity authentication (face recognition) according to the requirements of the examination system.

(4) The entire examination process will be monitored and recorded. Candidates must download the APP on their mobile phones to log in to the monitoring system, use a bracket to fix the mobile phone in the required position, and turn on the monitoring function until the examination is completed. You are not allowed to exit the mobile phone remote monitoring and recording system during the exam.

(5) During the exam, the computer camera is always pointed directly at the candidate’s upper body. Mobile phones used for surveillance and video recording should always be placed in front of the examinee (at a 45° angle) and pointed at the examinee.

(6) During the examination, two systems are activated at the same time, namely the examination system and the remote monitoring and recording system.

II. Examination environment and equipment requirements

(1) Environmental requirements

1. Candidates should take the exam at a location designated by the unit;

2. No one is allowed to accompany you (including colleagues, parents, etc.) during the examination. Unrelated persons should be strictly avoided in and out of the examination area, otherwise it may be considered a disciplinary violation;

IV. Examination process

(2) Pre-exam mock test

(3) Formal examination process

1. The professional examination is an online examination, the examination time is 120 minutes or 180 minutes, and the examination is conducted using a computer client;

2. Starting from 60 minutes before the start of the exam, candidates need to open the exam system client, take photos with the camera and compare them with the photos taken when registering. After passing the identity verification, they can wait for the exam in the platform. During the waiting process, they need to read carefully " "Examination Integrity Letter" and confirm online;

3. 30 minutes before the start of the exam, the candidate must place the mobile phone used for surveillance video at a 45° angle in front of the side, point it at the candidate, turn on the monitoring function and adjust the camera position , make sure the upper body is within the range of the camera;

4. When the exam time is up, you can enter the system to answer questions. After answering the questions, submit and confirm to complete the online exam.

5. Candidates should ensure the stable operation of the network environment and computer system during the examination. If candidates re-login to the exam system due to network failure or computer system failure, the time lost will not be compensated. No refunds will be given if the exam cannot be conducted due to the candidate's own network failure or computer system failure.

6. If you fail to log in to the current exam session within 20 minutes of the exam starting, you will not be able to participate in this exam.

5. Examination Discipline
