What are the duties of the Student Union?

1. Follow and implement the party’s education policy, organize students to carry out various activities such as learning, culture and sports, social practice, volunteer service, innovation and entrepreneurship, and promote students’ all-round development;

2. Maintain school rules and disciplines, advocate good school spirit and study style, promote unity among classmates and between classmates and faculty, and assist the school in building a good teaching order and learning and living environment;

3 , Organize students to carry out self-service activities that are beneficial to their growth and success, and assist the school in solving practical problems encountered by students in their study and life;

4. Communicate the relationship between the school party and government and the majority of students, and through various departments in the school A normal channel to reflect the suggestions, opinions and demands of students, participate in the democratic management of school affairs involving students, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of students;

5. Guide and support the healthy development of student associations, and cooperate with league organizations to strengthen Management and services for student associations;

Student Union Department Description:

1. Presidium

The presidium is responsible for organizing and carrying out the daily work of the society, attending various meetings on behalf of the society; reporting to the Secretariat on the work of the Federation situation, liaise with relevant superior units; responsible for guiding the work of various clubs, reviewing and approving club activity declaration forms, approving club activity funds; organizing and carrying out large-scale club activities throughout the school, and organizing various clubs to carry out various contents of the college student quality development plan

2. The Organization Department

is mainly responsible for the training and assessment of internal cadres of the Student Union.

3. Office

Data compilation and file management; registration and storage of community property; design, writing and posting of posters (notices, etc.); meeting minutes; document drafting and distribution; office layout , organize; organize and write annual work plans and summaries; duty arrangements; internal meeting notices, attendance evaluation; discuss the appointment and removal of office officers, report to the presidium for review, and assess office officers;

4. Propaganda Department

Do a good job in publicity for all activities planned and held by the student union. Specifically, it means designing promotional posters in the early stage of the event, making videos for some activities, writing news reports and other publicity on the school website and other media during the period, and also being at the event site.
