Our school has been paying attention to the construction of spiritual civilization for many years, and 1997 won the title of civilized unit in Chongqing. First, unify thinking, strengthen leadership and create an atmosphere.

The school has established the construction of party style, political style, teaching style, study style and school spirit as the main line, carried forward the fine traditions of the school, constantly explored and innovated, endowed the school spirit with new connotations, shaped the new image of the school teachers and students, improved the system of governing the school according to law and by virtue, constructed a United, healthy, pioneering, democratic and harmonious management atmosphere and educational atmosphere, and cultivated healthy people with a harmonious atmosphere. Make full use of school galleries, posters, blackboard newspapers and other positions, highlight the central content of civilization construction, and create a strong atmosphere of spiritual civilization construction in the whole school by holding school meetings, organizing team activities in theme class meetings, publicizing China citizens' basic moral norms, and holding civic moral knowledge competitions.

Second, keep pace with the times around the center.

Under the current situation, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the ideological and political work of faculty. Solid and orderly theoretical study is the forerunner of the school to carry out the work of civilization construction. To this end, the school seized the theoretical study of the central group. Make use of all favorable opportunities such as general party membership meeting, workers' congress and grade group study to improve the ideological and moral quality of workers. The school guides teachers to deeply understand the essence of "Theory of Three Represents" spirit by carrying out "Civilization Gang" exhibition activities. Through the knowledge contest of "Implementation Outline of Citizen Moral Construction", the moral quality of teachers will be continuously improved, and teachers will truly be "honesty-oriented, respecting teachers and valuing morality". Through systematic activities such as "the year of school spirit construction" and "I contribute to the development of the school", teachers' enthusiasm for work has been greatly stimulated.

On the basis of a series of documents such as "Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Strengthening the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors and Primary and Secondary School Students", the school comprehensively implements the spirit of the Hechuan District Moral Education Work Conference, constantly strengthens the core position of moral education, takes patriotic education as the main theme, takes team building as the guarantee, and takes conventional education as the starting point. We will further improve the methods and means of moral education and vigorously promote quality education. The main moral education framework of "all-staff education, all-staff education and all-round education", which is a trinity of school, society and family, has promoted the further deepening of the construction of spiritual civilization in schools and formed the school spirit of "unity, progress, civilization and discipline".
