The school is located in Beijing Xiangshan Natural Scenic Area, with an area of 1076 mu and a building area of156,000 square meters. The whole campus is adjacent to the industrial park in the south, the high-speed green belt in the east, the ecological farmland in the north and the oxygen bar in the garden in the west, with flat terrain and wide vision. The campus has beautiful scenery and unique landscape, which is integrated with the surrounding environment.

The school has been rated as "Advanced Collective of Forestry Work in Beijing" and "National Greening Model Unit". Adhering to the people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept is the starting point and destination of planning and building a new campus. Scientific blueprint planning is the key to complete the construction of new campus with high quality. The new campus is located in Xiangshan Natural Scenic Area, covering an area of 100 mu.

In the planning and design of the new site, we adhere to the goal of "comfortable living in buildings, saving money in operation and no burden in management" and "focusing on demand and aiming at the forefront; Overall planning and step-by-step implementation; The supporting facilities and layout are reasonable; Based on the principle of being close to reality and conducive to development, according to the "three major tasks" undertaken by the college and the approved construction investment scale, a total of 9 new campuses 19 in and outside Beijing have been inspected in the past year, and a set of alternative plans 15 has been formed. On the basis of soliciting opinions and suggestions from design experts and superior business departments for many times, combined with the actual situation of the school, a "clear focus" has been formed.

Planning Concept The planning and design of the new site embodies "five concepts":

First, the overall functional layout embodies the concept of "people-oriented". Teaching and training are concentrated on the eastern front; Staff accommodation and work are concentrated in the west. It not only minimizes the intersection of people and vehicles, but also greatly facilitates the daily life of teachers and students and school management. The teaching, office, reading and auditorium are located in the center of the campus, which is not only conducive to academic exchanges, but also conducive to the evacuation of personnel when the college organizes large-scale assembly activities.

Second, the teaching facilities embody the concept of "taking the center as the center". Taking adaptation and meeting the central task of the college as the starting point and the end result of the new site planning. Mainly manifested in the prominent position (the comprehensive building is located in the central axis); Outstanding area (accounting for 85% of the planned area); Outstanding functions (there are pavilions in the pavilion, pavilions in the pavilion, multifunctional pavilions, multifunctional pavilions); Unfinished investment (9 1% of the total investment).

Thirdly, the layout of campus environment embodies the concept of "advocating nature". Fourth, the ancillary facilities embody the concept of saving resources. In the construction, advanced solar energy, water source heat pump and other equipment are fully utilized, thermal insulation and environmental protection materials are selected, and underground hot springs are effectively developed to solve the problems of teachers and students bathing, swimming pool water use and heating and cooling.

Fifth, the distribution and use of land embodies the concept of "sustainable development". In the planning, there are not only 80 mu of development and construction land on the northwest side of the campus, but also four buildings on both sides of the camp gate and on the north side of the library teaching building. Large plots are used for large-scale development and small plots are used for small-scale development, which not only leaves enough space for future development, but also effectively avoids the influence of subsequent construction on the initial planning and layout.

After repeated research, scientific demonstration, overall planning and careful implementation, the campus has taken on a new look.

The campus green space rate is 75%, and the greening rate reaches 100%. Really achieved the greening effect of "flowers in spring, shade in summer, fruit in autumn and green in winter", and embarked on a new path of ecological construction of "starting in greening, developing in beautification and leaping in culture".

Actively prevent and control environmental pollution) In terms of pollution prevention, each department has a recycling bin for the classification of campus domestic waste, which mainly recycles recyclable waste such as beverage bottles and newspapers. Non-recyclable garbage is bagged and transported to the garbage dump designated by the local government for centralized treatment, and campus greening, sewage discharge, rational use of solar energy and application of green building technology are planned in place at one time; Domestic sewage is treated by its own sewage circulation system, which is used for watering and greening, washing roads and toilets, stocking fish, etc. The campus has basically achieved "zero emission" to ensure no external pollution.

In order to make full use of green resources, all the windows of the whole hospital have adopted "double-layer hollow insulation technology" and installed "ecological toilets"; Solar trash cans and solar insect killers are installed on both sides of the campus road, and solar water heaters and geothermal energy pipes are installed in each dormitory, which solves the problem that it is difficult for teachers and students to take a bath in four seasons. All fluorescent lamps, leisure areas and small courtyards in the hospital are equipped with energy-saving landscape lamps, which not only saves construction funds, but also saves energy.

Extensive application of scientific and technological energy-saving achievements) Focusing on improving the efficiency of campus resources, focusing on saving water, electricity, solar terms, materials, land and building energy, a large number of new energy-saving technologies and products are used in buildings to reduce the consumption of campus resources. By adopting new energy-saving wall, roof, doors and windows, thermal insulation technology and materials, and using renewable energy application technologies and equipment such as solar energy and water source heat pump, the operating efficiency of heating, refrigeration, lighting, ventilation and water supply and drainage systems will be improved. Sewage treatment realizes zero discharge, and all reclaimed water is used for greening. Although the one-time investment cost of water source heat pump is high, the average operating cost per square meter is only half of that of gas. Spending money now is to spend less money in the future, leaving wealth to future generations without burden.

Vigorously promote green building technology) The new barracks boldly adopt new green building technologies and environmental protection materials, apply advanced design concepts, and try to choose harmless and recyclable building materials and energy. The room design is changed to north-south direction, convection ventilation, and the roof is changed to flat slope to reduce rainwater leakage and reduce the temperature of the top floor room. The roof is made of new materials such as fully-backed glass fiber tiles, and the outer wall is made of light-colored wall tiles to reduce solar radiation. The use of indoor energy-saving lamps, automatic induction switches and automatic time-delay water-saving valves has saved a lot of money and energy for the army.

In order to highlight the characteristic ecological culture, vehicle driving signs and cultural publicity columns are set up on both sides of the road, which enables teachers and students to cultivate discipline and obedience consciousness while encouraging progress. In front of some major buildings such as colleges and universities, slogans such as Chinese studies and inspirational ideas are installed to guide teachers and students to establish a correct three views. In the publicity columns on both sides of the campus sightseeing avenue, the advanced typical figures of our college over the years are displayed, and teachers and students are guided to establish positive, pioneering and innovative advanced concepts.

(Subtitle: 8. Establish a scientific and efficient management mechanism) A first-class campus needs first-class management. Formulate an ecological campus maintenance management manual, and form a quantitative management mechanism that combines regular maintenance with daily inspection, special person in charge with mass participation, and lump-sum management with fixed-point management. Clear leadership responsibilities, grassroots leadership responsibilities and business department responsibilities, and build a pattern of hierarchical responsibility, hierarchical management and regional maintenance. Implement the contract responsibility system step by step, clearly distinguish every grass and tree in the health area of each unit, and form a good fashion of "fallen trees are helped, dead branches are cut, flowers are missing, tall grass is repaired, and damaged facilities are managed". Every six months, the evaluation activities of ecological campus maintenance management will be carried out, which will be included in the company's "double innovation" evaluation content as an important basis for the annual unit selection of advanced and individual merit awards.
