However, since February 20th, "Clear Love" has been registered as a trademark by individual enterprises and natural persons in China National Intellectual Property Administration Trademark Office to obtain illegitimate interests.

On 2002103, 65438+5, the official website of China National Intellectual Property Administration released the Announcement on Rejecting the Trademark Registration Application of 17 in accordance with the law. According to the circular, since February 20th, "Clear Love" has been registered as a trademark by individual enterprises and natural persons in the Trademark Office of China National Intellectual Property Administration, plotting improper benefits, and the agency provides illegal services, desecrating the spirit of heroism and deviating from the core values of socialism, which will easily cause bad social impact.

China National Intellectual Property Administration condemned this, and according to the provisions of Item 8, Paragraph 1, Article 10 of the Trademark Law, it quickly and decisively rejected 7 trademark registration applications, such as No.53747825 "Clear Love", which were harmful to socialist morality or had other adverse effects.

This case is the first case in China National Intellectual Property Administration that rejected the application for trademark registration of "Clear Love" and was investigated by the local market supervision department. At present, the case is under further investigation.
