How to reinstall smart TV system

First, turn on the TV, and find TV Guardian-System Information-Download Movement-Upgrade System-Local Upgrade-Download Upgrade Package, as shown below:

1. First check the firmware version of the TV. You can check the firmware version in the system settings, and use the official application TV Guardian included with the TV to check.

2、? Then enter the home page of TV Guardian and open the system information;

3. You can see the relevant information of the TV system. After finding the firmware version, download the corresponding version or upgraded version on the Internet, as shown in the following figure;

4、? After downloading, the file is in RAR format, so it does not need to be decompressed and put into a USB flash drive. The firmware is related to the TV movement. The same series of TVs may use the same type of movement, and the firmware is not much different, so forced upgrade can be used;

5、? Insert the USB flash drive into the TV and select "System Settings" on the TV homepage, as shown in the following figure;

6、? Then select system software upgrade, as shown in the figure below;

7、? After selecting system software upgrade, select Next, local upgrade, as shown in the figure below;

8. Then choose to download the upgrade package, as shown in the figure below;

9. After downloading, restart and enter the system to check the upgraded version number.

Matters needing attention

Black screen or unable to enter the system for forced upgrade.

Turn off the TV, turn it on, press the power switch on the back of the TV, and then release the switch after the check indicator flashes. The TV screen has entered the prompt upgrade. Wait patiently until it is finished.
