Scope:

Definition:

Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Department: Responsible for clean room personnel/material management/workshop cleaning/temperature and humidity records/cleaning of air inlets and outlets, supervising outsiders entering the clean room;
Quality Assurance Department: Responsible for dust particle detection in clean rooms and supervising the implementation of this regulation by the manufacturing department.
Mechanical and Electrical Group: Responsible for central air-conditioning maintenance (rooftop host/water tower/pipeline maintenance), and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the clean room once a month.
Purchasing Department: Responsible for the customization and procurement of dust-free clothing;
Materials Department: Responsible for the purchase of dust-free clothing, the issuance and recycling of dust-free clothing for new employees and retired employees .

Personnel entry control
The staff of the manufacturing department in the clean room must go through the "Clean Room Management Regulations", "Clean Room Management Regulations" and "Clean Room Management Regulations". Only after receiving training on "Locker Room Management Regulations" can you enter the clean room for work.
Persons entering the clean room must wear clean clothes in accordance with the "Clean Room Clothing Management Regulations".
Outsiders must be approved by the general manager or deputy general manager before entering the clean room. Non-workshop personnel (except those at managerial level (inclusive) and above) entering the clean room must obtain approval from the top manufacturing supervisor before entering.
The maximum number of people allowed to enter the air shower room shall not exceed 3, and the air shower room blowing time is 15 seconds.
When entering the clean room, you must walk slowly and do not run around.
Item entry control
All materials and items entering the dust-free workshop for production of lens accessories, main materials and other items must be air showered through the special material air shower window. Enter the clean room.

Receipt and storage of dust-free clothes
After new employees join the job, they must go to the Materials Department with their work ID to receive 2 sets of dust-free clothes;
Old employees do not have dust-free clothes. If the dust-free clothes have been worn for a long time and need to be replaced, they can exchange the old ones with new ones at the on-site statistician;
The dust-free clothes are only used by dedicated personnel and should be properly kept and kept clean; if they are deliberately discarded, compensation will be based on the cost price.
Management and cleaning of dust-free suits
Managers of the manufacturing department distribute two sets to each operator for easy replacement.
Dust-free clothes are collected by the clerks of the manufacturing department and handed over to the warehouse. The human resources department will send them out for cleaning on a regular basis.
After uniform cleaning, it will be handed over from the warehouse to the manufacturing department clerk for distribution to employees.

Clean Room Precautions
