1. Changning citizens are not allowed to go to Dehong Prefecture, Lincang City, Pu'er City, Xishuangbanna Prefecture, etc. in Yunnan Province unless necessary. 3. If you are notified, intercepted, or advised to return by the relevant superior departments due to failure to report or approve your trip to the above-mentioned countries in advance, you will be punished according to the relevant measures for Changning citizens stranded in northern Myanmar. 4. Encourage the general public to actively report clues about illegal entry and exit crimes.
