Shanxi tourism public signs analyze the meaning of public signs from a geographical perspective.

It is a visual language to show the characteristics of Shanxi tourism. The Chinese character "Jin Jin Shanmei" in the logo and its English translation are the slogan of Shanxi tourism theme, which is used to express the good character of Shanxi people's honesty and trustworthiness and the resource endowment of Shanxi tourism humanity and beauty.

Second, the color and meaning of the logo (L0G0)

The main part of logo adopts four colors of fish with high saturation: blue, green, orange and red. Through the gradual change and superposition of colors, it symbolizes the richness of Shanxi's tourism resources and enhances the public's cognition and goodwill towards Shanxi's tourism. The bright colors of the main part also make the whole logo more modern and friendly, and represent the new image of Shanxi's tourism transformation and leap. The theme slogan of Shanxi tourism in the lower part of the logo is in gray tone, which is calm and solemn and expresses the characteristics of Shanxi tourism.

III. Text font and meaning of the sign (L0G0)

The composition of logo characters appears in an affinity combination of Chinese and English fonts, which is concise and easy to understand, and is also suitable for dissemination at home and abroad. The "China" in the middle of the sign adopts vivid handwritten art English, which makes the whole figure more lively. Its specially designed initial letter "S" is not only the first letter of Shanxi Hanyu Pinyin, but also looks like the geographical outline of Shanxi, expressing to the public that this symbol is a unique concept of Shanxi tourism.

The logo "Shanxi" below and the propaganda slogan "Jin Gai yangjin" of Shanxi tourism theme are written by Mi Ku, a calligrapher in the Song Dynasty of China, and express the profound cultural heritage of Shanxi tourism resources to the public through the fonts of famous ancient calligraphers.
