Twelfth to apply for a tractor driver's license for the first time, it shall apply to the agricultural machinery supervision institution at the domicile or temporary residence, fill in the application form for tractor driver's license, and submit the following documents:

(a) the applicant's identity certificate and its copy;

(2) physical condition certificate issued by medical institutions at or above the county level or at the regimental level.

Thirteenth applications for the increase of quasi-driving models shall be submitted to the agricultural machinery supervision institution where the tractor driver's license is issued. In addition to filling in the tractor driver's license application form and submitting the documents stipulated in Article 12, the tractor driver's license shall also be submitted.

Fourteenth agricultural machinery supervision institutions to meet the conditions for the application of tractor driver's license, it shall accept, and arrange the examination within 30 days after the applicant makes an appointment.

Fifteenth tractor driver examination subjects are divided into:

(1) Subject 1: Examination of road traffic safety, agricultural machinery safety laws and regulations, mechanical common sense, operating procedures and other related knowledge;

(2) Subject 2: venue driving skills test;

(3) Subject 3: Hooking Machine and Field Operation Skills Examination;

(4) Subject 4: Road Driving Skills Test.

Article 16 The examination shall be conducted in the order of subject 1, subject 2, subject 3 and subject 4. Only after passing the exam of the previous subject can you take the exam of the latter subject. Among them, item 1 can be selected for the hook machine and field operation skill examination of subject 3 according to the actual model.

Seventeenth examination subjects content and eligibility criteria are unified throughout the country. Among them, the structure and basic questions of the subject-1 examination question bank are formulated by the Ministry of Agriculture, and the provincial agricultural machinery supervision institutions can establish the examination question bank of this province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) in combination with local conditions.

Eighteenth for the first time to apply for a tractor driver's license or to apply for an increase in the number of quasi-driving models, the agricultural machinery supervision institution shall issue a tractor driving skill certificate within 2 working days.

The validity period of tractor driving skill certificate is 2 years. The applicant shall complete the examination of subject two, subject three and subject four within the validity period.
