Provisions of the National Flag Law on Raising and Hanging the National Flag

The provisions of the National Flag Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the display of the national flag are as follows:

1, National Day, International Labor Day, New Year's Day, Spring Festival and National Constitution Day, and other important festivals and anniversaries, state organs at all levels, people's organizations, large squares, parks and other public places shall display the national flag;

2 qualified enterprises and institutions, villagers' committees, residents' committees and residents' homes shall display the national flag;

3. Establish memorial days and major national traditional festivals in ethnic autonomous areas and display the national flag;

4. When holding the swearing-in ceremony of the Constitution, the national flag shall be hung at the swearing-in place.

The following institutions shall fly the national flag on working days:

1, various departments in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and local committees at all levels in China * * *;

2. Various departments in the State Council;

3. Standing Committees of local people's congresses at various levels;

4. Local people's governments at all levels;

5. Local disciplinary inspection committees and local supervisory committees at all levels in China;

6. Local people's courts at all levels and special people's courts;

7. Local people's procuratorates at all levels and special people's procuratorates;

8. Local Committee of China People's Political Consultative Conference;

9, the democratic parties and people's organizations;

10. Relevant institutions of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region.

In a word, the national flag of China people is a five-star red flag.

Article 7 of the National Flag Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)

National Day, International Labor Day, New Year's Day, Spring Festival and National Constitution Day and other important festivals and anniversaries, state organs, people's organizations, large squares, parks and other public places at all levels shall display the national flag; Enterprises and institutions, villagers' committees, residents' committees and residential buildings (buildings, communities) where conditions permit shall display the national flag.

The national flag shall be hoisted on the anniversary of the establishment of national autonomous areas and major national traditional festivals.

When a constitutional oath ceremony is held, the national flag shall be hung at the swearing-in place.

Article 8

When holding major celebrations and commemorative activities, large-scale cultural and sports activities and large-scale exhibitions, the national flag may be hoisted.

Article 9

The state encourages citizens and organizations to use the national flag and its patterns to express patriotic feelings on appropriate occasions.

Citizens and organizations shall abide by the relevant network management regulations when using the national flag pattern on the Internet, and shall not damage the dignity of the national flag.
