During the upgrade period, all power supply business outlets under the company's jurisdiction (including 24-hour self-service payment terminals), "State Grid Online" App, "State Grid Beijing Electric Power" WeChat official account, WeChat and Alipay daily payment, Various channels such as the 95598 website, Dian ebao and online banks will suspend the electricity purchase payment business. Please purchase electricity in time to ensure sufficient balance.

At the same time, during the system upgrade, the payment of distributed power grid electricity bills and subsidy electricity bills will be suspended; the account cancellation and refund business will be suspended. After the system upgrade, the customer's electricity consumption number has been upgraded from the original 10 digits to 13 digits, the new household number is: 110 + the original household number, and other power supply and consumption information remains unchanged.

From 8:00 on December 23, 2023, business processing through online channels such as various power supply business outlets, WeChat "Online State Grid" applet, and "Online State Grid" APP will be resumed.

State Grid Beijing Electric Power Company reminds that before the upgrade of the power marketing service system begins, all channels can purchase electricity normally, and citizens do not need to gather together to "grab electricity"; customers who have not had time to purchase electricity before the system upgrade , the power company will implement the "no power outage for arrears" measure during the system upgrade period. Calculation of electricity charges

If the billing electric energy metering device of high-voltage users is installed on the low-voltage side of its dedicated transformer and the electricity price specified on the high-voltage side is implemented, it is called high-supply and low-volume users. For the electricity consumption of this type of users, the active power loss part of the copper and iron losses of the user's dedicated transformer should be incorporated into the electricity consumption to calculate the electricity bill.
