"Red Classic Story" Speech Contest

On Friday, I was honored to participate in the "Red Classic Story" speech contest organized by the school. In the week before the competition, I prepared the story of "Feather Letter" very carefully. In order to tell this story vividly, I picked up the speech script as soon as I had free time and practiced it over and over again. I first told it to the whole family, and then to my classmates when I got to school. Especially in order to exercise my courage, my grandma took me to the reception room and told the security uncles. After many practices, I finally became bolder and became more proficient in speaking.

During the competition, I saw many teachers and classmates sitting under the stage, and my heart was pounding. But when I thought that I was participating in the competition on behalf of the class, I mustered up the courage to step onto the podium. . When I finished my speech, there was warm applause from the audience. I won the first prize in this competition, won honors for the class, and felt indescribably happy. I will participate in more such activities in the future so that I can get more exercise.
