The 10th China Flower Expo will be held in Chongming District, Shanghai from May 20021year to July 2, 20021year, with the theme of "Blooming the Chinese Dream". The site is located in Chongming Dongping National Forest Park.

Huabo Garden consists of North Garden and South Garden. The total area of the park is 8840 mu, and the overall planning layout is "one heart and one axis, six pavilions and six parks".

"One Heart" is the core area of Dahua; "One axis" is floral axis; "Six pavilions" are Fuxing Pavilion, Century Pavilion, Bamboo and Rattan Pavilion, Baihua Pavilion, Floriculture Pavilion and Huaqitang; "Six Gardens" is to build six exhibition gardens of Magnolia, Plum Blossom, Chrysanthemum, Orchid, Lotus and Bamboo, relying on the forest, flower field, water system and wetland of the park.

Fuxing Pavilion, with a total construction area of 33,000 square meters, is framed by China's classical sloping roofs and colonnades. The stacked sloping roofs symbolize the grandeur and great course of the road to rejuvenation.

It is mainly used for indoor exhibitions in various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, Shenzhen Flower Association and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. A total of 35 booths are arranged, with a total net exhibition area of 1.5 million square meters.

The first China Flower Expo was held in April at the National Agricultural Exhibition Hall. 1987. The first two sessions were held every two years, and the third session was changed to every four years. From the 5th China Flower Expo, the competition mechanism was introduced, and the venue of the flower Expo was determined by bidding.
