In order to strengthen the construction of coaches, improve the quality of all coaches, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of coaches, and improve the quality of training and teaching, this system is formulated according to the Management Regulations on Motor Vehicle Driver Training of the Ministry of Communications and the actual situation of our school.

1, coaches are divided into theoretical coaches and driving operation coaches;

4, coaches engaged in teaching activities, should carry the "coach card", shall not be transferred or lent;

5. Civilized teaching, respecting students' personality, explaining, demonstrating and correcting students' operations, being gentle in attitude and speaking kindly, and not using tone and language that insults students' dignity and personality;

6, strict requirements, be a model, not allowed to collect money from students or participate in student banquets and consumer entertainment activities;

7. Students are not allowed to participate in celebrations such as their birthdays and housewarming;

8. Do not participate in any form of gambling activities, and do not gamble with students;

9. Seriously implement the training plan and regulations, treat every student equally, and ensure that every student has equal study and training time;

10, coaches are not allowed to drink and do unsafe activities during working hours;

1 1. During road training, only one trainee and one coach are allowed to sit in the cab, and people unrelated to the coach are not allowed to ride. When coaching on the field, you must give on-site guidance and are not allowed to leave the scene without authorization;

12. It is strictly forbidden to give the car keys to the trainees for safekeeping, and it is strictly forbidden to let the trainees use the coach car when the coach is away;

13, take good care of the vehicle and the tools and articles on it, and regularly check and maintain them to ensure that the vehicle is in good condition and clean, and prevent mechanical accidents;

14. The coach shall not give the car to the trainees to drive during the training round trip;

15. Establish a ranking table of coaches' training quality, evaluate it every quarter and publish the top 5 and bottom 3;

16. In violation of the above regulations, the coach was repeatedly complained by students and the situation was true. The coach was immediately dismissed from the school and reported to the transportation department for the record;

17, the school establishes a coach file account (including theoretical and practical coaches, one for each person), including: coach summary, coach resume registration form, ID card, driver's license, coach certificate, academic certificate and other copies, safety management responsibility letter, coach employment contract, coach quarterly and annual training quality credit assessment records, etc.

Driving school coach car management system

1. The principle of teaching as the main coach car, supplemented by other cars, giving priority to official cars and restricting other cars.

2. During the training of coach cars, soliciting and carrying goods are not allowed, and relatives are not allowed without the consent of leaders, and faculty members are no exception.

3. During the coach car training, it is strictly required to return to school before noon 12 and before 8 pm. Coach cars are not allowed to spend the night outside, except for maintenance points.

4. During the training period, the coach car should be kept clean, the car looks clean, and the configuration is complete and effective.

5. Coach cars should be parked in an orderly manner according to the designated place, and shall not be placed in disorder. Vehicles should not be used for a long time. Coaches should get tarpaulins in the cab, and the batteries should be stored in the place designated by the Education and Training Department for maintenance.

6. Before and after the coach car leaves the car, the coach leads the students to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle, tighten the direction screw and carefully check the brake parts. Only when safety is ensured can the coach train.

7. Official vehicles shall be arranged uniformly by the education department, and the driving school staff shall be arranged uniformly by the director when they need to perform official duties. The director and deputy director can only use vehicles with the consent of the leaders or offices of the polytechnic school, and vehicles owned by individuals must be approved by the offices of the polytechnic school, otherwise no vehicles can be dispatched.

8. The education and training department shall notify the coaches in advance before the annual inspection of the coach car, make preparations, participate in the inspection on time, and go through relevant formalities.

9. If the coach car has an accident during road training, it should report it to the driving school in time so as to report it at any time.

File management system of driving school students

The training center is responsible for the collection, sorting, numbering and binding of students' files, and the central archives room is responsible for receiving, archiving and keeping them.

Consulting and borrowing archived materials must be approved by the director of the training center, and the borrowing time shall not exceed one week.
