Seven kinds of police dogs in China

Seven common police dog breeds in China are German Shepherd, Kunming, Labrador, Rottweiler, springer, Du Binquan and Belgian Shepherd.

They have their own characteristics and professional fields, and their uses in military and police tasks are also different.

German shepherd: When it comes to police dogs, the most classic is the German shepherd. It is the most common police dog. It is docile, friendly and alert. It is tall, powerful, agile and can adapt to various environments. Can be used as military dogs, police dogs, rescue dogs, guide dogs and so on.

Kunming dog: Kunming dog is a dog breed cultivated by Kunming Police Dog Base of the Ministry of Public Security. There are three colors: black back, grass yellow and wolf blue. Kunming dogs are bold, fierce, alert, obedient and loyal. They can adapt to the plateau climate and are good at tracking and biting. At present, there are tens of thousands of Kunming dogs at border checkpoints all over the country.

Widely used in public security criminal investigation, drug control, riot prevention, patrol, escort, armed police, customs and security systems.

Labrador: Labrador is gentle, but alert. It is also a popular domestic dog. Its excellent athletic ability and sense of smell are widely used in drug control, explosive search, blind guidance and search and rescue. ?

Rottweiler: Rottweiler has a strong deterrent appearance and is naturally capable of guarding, so it is also widely used in police. This dog has a calm personality, rich feelings and a good figure. It rarely gets sick and can also be a family companion dog. It's a clingy person.

Springer: springer has a flexible physique and can work on rough ground at a reasonable speed. Although they are not very big compared with other kinds of police dogs, their sports ability and endurance are quite outstanding. After training, they can do quite a lot of work, generally serving as police work such as drug search and disaster scene rescue.

Du Binquan: Du Binquan is a brave, intelligent, sensitive and biting dog. He is a military dog and a police dog. He is tall and powerful, but he usually needs an ear-pricking operation. Domestication is also a good choice, at least it can help protect the home and deter thieves.

Belgian Shepherd: Belgian Shepherd, also known as Malinos, is alert, smart, strong, brave and flexible, and is also a military and police dog.
