according to the requirements of the circular on further implementing the current epidemic prevention and control measures in COVID-19 issued by the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters, in order to continuously build a solid defense line for epidemic prevention and control, we hereby remind all staff to further standardize the wearing of masks, sweeping site codes and other related matters as follows:

1. Scope of implementation and target

From now on, all personnel who are active within the scope of our municipal district must strictly implement the prevention and control measures such as wearing masks and sweeping site codes.

1. medical institutions, hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, pharmacies, "three stops and one field", traffic checkpoints and other key places;

2. government agencies, enterprises and institutions, scenic spots, libraries, museums, art galleries and other public places;

3. Indoor closed places such as theaters, Internet cafes and dance halls;

4. Small shops, barbershops, restaurants, chess rooms and other business places along the street;

5. outdoor places with crowded people such as open squares and parks;

6. public transportation such as trains, buses, taxis, internet car rides, and scenic spots such as car ferry.

Second, standardize wearing masks and scanning place codes

1. Individuals should consciously wear masks and actively scan place codes in different scenes such as traveling, going to work, spending money in stores, going to crowded places, and closed places;
