Secondly, the family burden is not much. Most Xinxiang sages have lost the burden of supporting their families, supporting the elderly and taking care of the young, and are generally free to spend their time and devote themselves to the construction of their hometown.

Third, it can quickly integrate into rural life. These Xinxiang sages know the mountains, rivers, customs and customs of their hometown like the palm of their hand, and most of their childhood playmates, parents and brothers also live in their hometown. Many people go home to visit relatives and friends every year and keep close contact with their hometown. After returning home, they can quickly integrate into rural life and participate in rural construction.

Finally, many rural sages are rural construction talents. Most of the foreign rural elites are highly educated, broad-minded, skilled, engaged in doctors, teachers and other occupations, or have rich connections in cities. Their skills and resources are needed for rural development. The cultural and moral power they exude can educate villagers, feed back mulberry, cover the countryside and warm their homes, which is of great benefit to rallying people's hearts, promoting harmony and reconstructing rural traditional culture.
