How to change the startup greeting in Windows 10

1. Open the "Run" window by pressing the "Win+R" keys.

2. Enter "regedit" in the "Run" window and press the "Enter" key.

3. Open the Registry Editor and expand the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE", "SOFTWARE", "Microsoft", "Windows NT", "CurrentVersion", and "Winlogon" nodes in order.

4. Find the two key values ????of "LegalNoticeCaption" and "LegalNoticeText" in the "Winlogon" node.

5. Double-click the "LegalNoticeCaption" key value and enter the greeting title you want to display.

6. Double-click the "LegalNoticeText" key value and enter the greeting content you want to display.

7. Click the "OK" button to close the Registry Editor. 8. Restart the computer and you will see the startup greeting you set.
