The Boxer Rebellion and the Qing army attacked the enemy in Langfang and Yangcun, killing and injuring many intruders, who retreated to the Tianjin Concession in chaos.

Although the climax of the Boxer Rebellion lasted only three months, it finally failed under the betrayal of the Qing government and the suppression of reactionary forces at home and abroad, but its great achievements were obvious to all.

The Boxer Movement was mentioned in the film "55 Days in Beijing" by 1963. Beijing 55 was filmed in Spain. Due to the need of thousands of China actors for filming, the film company brought almost all China people from all over Spain.

As a result, during the filming, almost all Spanish restaurants in China were closed, because restaurant employees (usually bosses) were employed by film companies. The film company hired so many people from China that a few months later, there were almost no China restaurants in Spain. It was later banned from being shown in Hong Kong until1the late 1980s.
