Article 1 The flag class of Jiangnan University is a student organization directly led by the Youth League Committee of Jiangnan University. Its task is to protect the national flag and promote the spirit of patriotism. Strive to show the unity, enterprising and positive spirit of contemporary college students and contribute to the construction of spiritual civilization on campus. It is a patriotic education organization in our school.

Article 2 The task of the National Flag Guard is to raise, lower and protect the national flag and other related work. Patriotic activities such as flag-raising ceremony have an impact inside and outside the school, cultivating high-quality players and playing an exemplary role among students.

Chapter II Responsibilities, Systems and Institutional Settings

Article 3 The task of the National Flag Guard is to be responsible for the daily flag-raising ceremony, participate in major etiquette activities inside and outside the school, patriotic publicity and education activities, and various tasks assigned by the Youth League Committee and the College. The National Flag Guard promotes patriotism and collectivism among students through the flag-raising ceremony, and establishes a good patriotic image. Carry out the party's educational policy, promote students' all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics, unite and guide students to love the motherland, study hard, strive to become useful talents, and become socialist builders and successors with good political ideas and outstanding business skills.

2. Detailed responsibilities of each member:

Monitor: responsible for the daily work of the flag class, making decisions on major issues, and representing the flag class externally.

Vice squad leader (training): fully responsible for organizing the training of national flag guards and making detailed training plans.

Vice monitor (Wenxuan): responsible for all the documents of the flag class, as well as the sorting and preservation of the activity materials; Responsible for the publicity of the flag class.

Vice monitor (contact person): responsible for informing and updating the information of the national flag class, organizing various entertainment activities in the class, and enhancing the cohesion within the team; Contact with off-class organizations and school flag classes,

Logistics Minister: Responsible for the logistics support of all materials and people in the class. Carry out the work of the league, organize various recreational activities and enrich the extracurricular life of the team members. Responsible for publicizing the national flag law, popularizing the knowledge of the national flag, organizing monthly political study, and strengthening the ideological and moral quality of the returned escorts.

3. Each post member should report the work plan at the beginning and summarize the work at the end. Minutes shall be taken at regular meetings, and summary reports shall be made regularly.

Article 6 post replacement system

The shift change must be signed by the captain, and a captain or deputy captain shall fill in the duty registration form, which shall be kept by the captain in turn.

Article 7 The National Flag Guard shall be directly led by the Youth League Committee, and the captain and vice captain shall be elected by all members and reported to the Party Committee for approval and appointment. In principle, each term is one year. The new captain of the national flag guard is generally determined from the old players, and the retained personnel are required to perform well, be active in peacetime, have advanced ideas, have excellent basic queue quality, and have strong organization and coordination ability, and are willing to contribute to the development of the national flag class. Once the new team leader is established, plan and arrange the changes in this year immediately. The captain should set an example and be strict with himself. And have the obligation to reduce the training intensity of the players without affecting the training effect. Don't overload the athletes or assign them heavy tasks.

Article 8 The National Flag Guard shall be unified and coordinated according to the deployment of the College Party Committee, and perform their respective duties.

Chapter III Players

Article 9 Establishment method: All freshmen registered in the whole country have strong patriotic feelings, good political quality and love the cause of the national flag. Students with a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and strict self-demand can sign up for the selection if their height is above 180cm. After a certain period of training and assessment, the applicant will select 13 men and several outstanding women to report to the Youth League Committee. The preparation period is one month. Those who meet the requirements after examination can formally join the flag class.

Article 10 If a member of the National Flag Guard lacks the will to strictly demand himself, fails to perform his obligations as a member, does not participate in collective activities such as training, and does not meet the requirements of the National Flag Guard, the squad leader shall order him to make corrections within a time limit. If the deadline is not changed, he should be advised to quit the team.

Article 11: A team member has the freedom to quit the team for one year. Those who quit the team halfway should submit an application for quitting the team, and the team leader should report it to the Youth League Committee for preparation.

Article 12 Transition: The flag class holds a plenary meeting of the flag class every autumn semester to carry out the middle-level transition and the ceremony of new members entering the class.

Thirteenth all the old team members are responsible for the transition, and the new middle-level team is determined through comprehensive quality interviews.

Fourteenth flag members have the following obligations:

(a) seriously study the national flag law, love, respect, cherish and protect the national flag.

(2) Abide by national laws, social ethics, school rules and regulations, and the code of conduct of the flag class, and be strict with yourself in life, study, work and other aspects.

(3) Train hard, study hard, and strive to improve the military quality and ideological quality. In daily life, be strict with yourself according to the requirements of soldiers, and don't do anything that harms the image of the national flag class.

(four) to participate in the training and meetings of the national flag guard on time, to raise and lower the national flag on time, and to actively cooperate with other work assigned by the Youth League Committee.

(five) love the collective, maintain collective unity, always pay attention to maintaining the image of the national flag class.

(six) take good care of military uniforms, national flags, flagpoles, audio and other facilities.

Article 15 Members of the National Flag Guard shall enjoy the following rights:

(a) to participate in the relevant meetings of the national flag class, to participate in a series of training and exercise of the national flag guard, including the queue quality and ideological quality.

(two) to participate in the discussion of the national flag guard policy and system construction, and make suggestions for the development of the national flag class.

(three) to participate in the planning and organization of national flag class activities, to participate in the selection and interview of new members of the national flag guard, and to participate in the training of new members.

(four) wearing military uniforms to raise the national flag and participate in other activities related to the national flag class.

(5) The morning exercise card at the end of the term can be treated specially.

Chapter IV Discipline

Article 16 According to system management: each member's original grade per semester is 100.

1. Every time you are late for a meeting, training or flag raising, 5 points will be deducted within five minutes, and 10 points will be deducted if you exceed five minutes. Each member's late time per semester is calculated cumulatively.

2. Leave early once, and deduct 10.

3. If you can't attend the meeting, training or flag-raising due to personal leave, you will be deducted 10 every time (no points will be deducted for injury leave, examination or class).

4. If you are late for meetings, training and flag raising, 5 points will be deducted each time.

5. Those who are absent from meetings, training and flag-raising without reason will be deducted 20 points each time.

6. On the day of duty, if the national flag cannot be recovered in time in case of rain, 5 points will be deducted each time. If the national flag cannot be raised and lowered on time,

The personnel on duty will be deducted 5 points each.

7. If there is a major mistake in raising the flag, 5- 10 points will be deducted depending on the impact.

8. When wearing military uniforms, you should maintain a good military capacity. Do something that is detrimental to the military capacity, and deduct 10 every time.

9. In meetings, training and flag raising, if the whole schedule is delayed due to personal reasons, 10 will be deducted each time.

Reward points:

5 points will be added for those who take the initiative to collect the flag in rainy days (except for those who deliberately collect the flag in advance for extra points).

Excellent performance in major activities related to the national flag class, awarded+10.

Article 17 Class rules:

Keep the phone silent during training and don't answer the phone during training.

If something happens during training, flag raising and meeting, you need to ask for leave from the head of the liaison group in advance. If something happens temporarily, you need to ask for leave from the person in charge of the liaison group before the training, flag raising and the official start of the meeting, otherwise it will be regarded as absence without reason.

If you don't take part in training on Sunday, you should consciously increase your training and ensure that you train at least once a week.

Chapter V Flag Raising

Article 18 The national flag shall be raised or lowered.

1. The national flag class raises the flag at 7: 20am every Monday to Friday, and lowers it before17: 30pm (except in special circumstances).

2. Raise the flag collectively for the 3*4 phalanx on Monday, and raise the flag in groups of 3 people from Tuesday to Friday.

Chapter VI Training

Article 19 The routine training time of the national flag class is from 7: 30am to11:30am every Sunday.

Article 21 The training content includes the basic body shape, movements, comprehensive quality and overall style of the players. The principles of training are strict, in place, hard work and obedience, and all personnel must remain serious during the training process.

Twenty-second specific training plans shall be formulated separately. Major activities and special circumstances can be trained separately.

Chapter VII Guard Clothing

Twenty-third security clothing ownership belongs to the Youth League Committee. When using guard clothes, team members must fulfill the obligation to take care of them.

Twenty-fourth escort clothing is only used for flag-raising ceremony and performing tasks, and it is not allowed to be worn outside or borrowed at other times except for special tasks.

Article 25 Clothing shall be distributed when each team member officially takes office, and shall be taken back when retiring. The logistics minister is responsible for distribution, recovery and peacetime management.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Article 26 May 28th every year is National Flag Class Day, which is an important festival for class members to get together and exchange ideas.
