The renovation project of the central directly under the authority office building shall be examined and approved by Zhongzhi Administration Bureau. Maintenance and renovation projects of office buildings of various departments in the State Council are approved by State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China. The examination and approval procedures for office building maintenance and renovation projects of local party and government organs at all levels shall be stipulated by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. All regions should formulate maintenance and renovation standards and project consumption quotas for office buildings of party and government organs according to local conditions.

Party and government organs at all levels should strictly follow the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council on Further Strictly Controlling the Construction of Office Buildings of Party and government organs, and strengthen the management of budget and fund use.
