According to Henan regulations, Henan college graduates can start their own businesses and apply for business guarantee loans of no more than 200,000 yuan for individuals and no more than 3 million yuan for small and micro enterprises. Chongqing encourages college students to innovate and start businesses. Implement the "Youchuang Youbang" entrepreneurship support plan for college students, select 30 projects among college graduates in Chongqing every year, give some project funds, and arrange tutors to follow up and help 1 year.
