When the goods arrive, the following damages or anomalies shall be handled in the following ways:

1. Obtain the damaged goods certificate or short shipment record or damaged goods list issued by the carrier or freight forwarding company, or indicate the damage/loss on the bill of lading or the carrier's delivery receipt. ?

2. When transported by container, if the container arrives damaged or the lead seal is damaged or lost, and the lead seal is inconsistent with that listed in the transport document, please keep all the defective or abnormal lead seals for further identification, ensure that the tallyman of the container indicates the loss or abnormality on his tally sheet, and obtain a copy of the loss/damage report from the tally company.

3. If the estimated damage value exceeds the deductible (if any), immediately apply to the authorized inspector and the carrier inspector or their representatives for joint inspection, and notify the insurer at the same time.
