Goggles and other equipment provide blind readers with services such as reading and copying Braille books, audio books, surfing the Internet with special computers for the visually impaired, typing in Braille, visual AIDS, and screening library materials and movies for disabled readers, and do not regularly carry out various activities for visually impaired readers.

The registration service office centrally handles the procedures of application, evidence collection, verification, loss reporting, replacement and recovery of all kinds of library cards, reading cards and electronic reading cards in the whole library, and implements computer management. Friendship Library, formerly known as Sagamihara Library, was built in May 1987. When the new Wuxi Library was completed and opened, the original Xiangmo Library was renamed as "Friendly Library". At present, libraries in Sagamihara, Benzhuang and Akashi in Japan have exchanged and donated more than 1 10,000 original Japanese books of various disciplines.

Its main function is to determine the scope and focus of the collection according to the purchasing principle, and to collect documents and materials by ordering, purchasing, exchanging, receiving, collecting and copying, so as to enrich the collection. At the same time, organize the collation, indexing, cataloging and processing of documents, establish a bibliographic database, and arrange books reasonably.

Supported by modern management technology, the technology department is equipped with: data server, Web server, disk array cabinet, Gigabit network system, Internet private line access equipment, etc. According to users' needs, it provides retrieval, search and reading services of literature information resources, as well as network information links with other public libraries, which provides a foundation for the management and maintenance of local area network, our library website and office automation system. Rongguan is a special literature collection in our room, donated by Mr. Rong Desheng, including more than 50,000 private books and more than 70,000 books in Dagong Library. It contains rich local literature resources such as historical records, writings of rural sages, genealogy, local books and newspapers.

The ancient books research room provides readers with special services such as special consultation, literature reading, version identification, literature repair, agency access, copying (copying and binding).
