How many special brigades are there in China?

At present, there are nine special brigades, namely:

Beijing Military Region Special Brigade, also known as "Oriental Excalibur" Special Brigade;

Special forces of "Longfei" in Nanjing Military Region;

Guangzhou Military Region "Sword of South China" special forces;

Jinan military area command's "Black Bailey" and "Eagle" special forces;

Oriental Excalibur Symbol Beijing Military Region Special Brigade, also known as "Oriental Excalibur" Special Brigade, is one of the nine special brigades in China, directly under the Beijing Military Region. Although there are only 3,000 people in the whole brigade, they are all elite soldiers of the Beijing Military Region, and there are hundreds of thousands of local soldiers. It can be said that everyone is an elite and an outstanding representative of China soldiers. They are also veritable "ace troops". The Longfei Special Force of Nanjing Military Region was established in 1992. The troops are mainly trained to deal with non-traditional security and perform "high-intensity" tasks under threatening conditions. During 1997, Longfei Special Forces conducted a simulated attack on the hidden airport in Nanjing Zijinshan. During the exercise, the special forces used drones to transmit theater information to the command center, and used airborne troops and armed helicopters to carry out key attacks.

Guangzhou Military Region South China Sword Special Force * * * has 4,000 soldiers and was established in 1988. It is said that it is the earliest special force established after the modernization of the Chinese Army, with amphibious combat capability. The soldiers of this unit will be trained in 60 interdisciplinary subjects of the navy and air force. The unit conducted joint exercises with other units in mobile operations and island operations. It is said that more than 400 soldiers in this unit can fly planes, perform "driving stunts" and drive ships. ?
