A fire broke out in Huzhu You Ning Temple.

On June 25th, 20021year, the actual fire fighting and rescue drill of ancient cultural relics in Qinghai Province was held in You Ning Temple, Huzhu Tu Autonomous County, Haidong City. The drill mobilized 39 vehicles and 2 15 people from the Corps' full-time headquarters, social linkage units such as fire fighting United front, cultural tourism, emergency, public security, civil affairs, health, power supply and environmental protection.

Based on the principle of "composition and dispatch, unit command and group operation", the method of "all-scene simulation, all-factor command, all-process guidance and all-round actual combat" has been adopted to solve five major problems: early fire fighting, water supply guarantee in the first battle, transfer and protection of cultural relics, evacuation of tourists and monks and control of fire public opinion.

The background of You Ning Temple.

You Ning Temple is a state-level cultural relic protection unit, located in Stan Village, Wuxiang, 35km east of Huzhu Tu Autonomous County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province. It covers an area of 6 hectares and has 27 temples and 434 monasteries. It was built in the thirty-second year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1604) and has a history of more than 400 years.

The temple is built on the mountain, and the buildings in the temple are mostly brick-wood structures with low fire resistance. Its style combines the arts of the indigenous, Tibetan, Mongolian and Han nationalities, and the sculptures and paintings in the temple have high artistic value. Once a fire breaks out, it is difficult to control, and it is easy to cause irreparable economic and cultural losses.
