Is it true that Bruce Lee plays table tennis with nunchakus?

Half truth and half falsehood. This is an advertisement for Nokia. The man inside is Jeet Kune Do master Shi Tianlong. Most of the movements are real, and some are synthetic (but playing table tennis fluently is absolutely false, and Bruce Lee can't do it).
