On February 26th, the reporter learned from the Municipal Agriculture Bureau that the opening ceremony of the first Hubei Rape Flower Festival will be held in our city on March 19. At that time, friends from all over the country are welcome to come to Jingmen to enjoy rape blossoms and taste rapeseed oil.

Hubei province is also a major province for rape planting, with rape flowers170,000 mu planted all the year round. Jingmen is the largest high-quality "double-low" rapeseed producing area in Hubei Province. On the west bank of Hanjiang River, rape blossoms are in full bloom in March every year, and rape blossoms are everywhere, so Hubei Rape Flower Festival is held in Jingmen.

During the Rape Flower Festival, there will be six main activities in Jingmen: the opening ceremony of the first Hubei Rape Flower Festival, the release of regional public brands of "Jingpin Mingmen" and the exhibition fair of special agricultural products in Jingmen City, the rape industry development forum, the farmers' local interest sports meeting in Jingmen City, the third Jianghan Canal International Half Marathon and Jianghan Canal 10 km Paddle Exhibition in Shayang, Hubei Province, and the spring outing of "Spring Tour in Jingmen with Disastrous Events".

Shayang county is the main venue of this rape flower festival. Shayang County is known as "Little Hankou", and the rape planting area exceeds/kloc-0.5 million mu. Shayang county has both mountainous and hilly landforms.

The first of the three sightseeing routes for rape blossoms is Shixian Sightseeing Corridor: it starts from Shiqiaoyi Village in Shiqiaoyi Town, passes through Puping Village, Leiping Village, Hecun Village, Dengta Village, yangqiao Village, Madian Village, Shuangquan Village, baiyang village Village, Liping Village, Xinping Village, Huangnie Village and Xianju Community, etc. 15 villages and communities, and reaches Nanbei River Reservoir in Sanquan Village of Xianju Township.

2. Sightseeing route in downtown: Starting from Shiqiao Town and passing through Zhangping Village, Suchong Village and Xinji Village, the rape planting area is nearly 20,000 mu, and the sightseeing route is 6 kilometers long.

The main attraction is Xinji Village, where tens of thousands of acres of rape flowers and rape fields are planted. The terrain is flat, the vision is wide and the mountains are rolling.

Eight sightseeing routes in Zilingwan: Rape flowers are concentrated in Wanjiaping to Bajiao in Zilingpu Town, and pass through Bajiao Village, Huayang Village, Lian Xin Village, Wanjiaping Village and Qiao Qi Village from Yanjing Village in Zilingpu Town to the north. The length of the sightseeing route is about 10.5 km, and the rape area is more than 30,000 mu.
