The centralized control system of ground production is mainly composed of centralized console, PLC control cabinet, upper industrial computer, Kingview software, communication unit, belt conveyor protection device and analog sensors such as current.
(1) The lower computer adopts Siemens S7-300PLC of Germany, which has strong functions, high reliability, flexible and convenient use, and is suitable for coal mines with high dust, high noise, strong vibration and strong interference. PLC is responsible for collecting, processing and recording the running state of the equipment in a unified way, and implementing centralized control on the start and stop of the equipment. At the same time, all kinds of protection signals are collected in real time to make a quick response.
(2) The upper computer adopts two Advantech industrial computers, an operator station, an engineer station and two hot standby computers. The main screen and sub-screen are designed by using the configuration software Kingview 6.5, including system simulation diagram, running state monitoring (start and stop), running information interface, fault alarm interface, simulation curve interface, cumulative report, etc.
(3) The upper computer communicates with the lower computer PLC through Profibus to realize distributed control. Profibus has the advantages of high transmission speed, high reliability, good openness, strong anti-interference ability and convenient installation and debugging, which improves production efficiency and management level. The network system has high cost performance and strong expansibility, which provides a guarantee for realizing comprehensive automation of ground production system and intelligent field equipment. At the same time, the PLC host can be used as the subnet of the mine management information system, which is interconnected with the whole mine network system through the switch and shares information resources.
(4) The local control box can operate the start and stop of the equipment locally, and the local operation boxes of some equipment are equipped with acousto-optic alarm devices to realize the acousto-optic alarm before starting. The system is equipped with emergency stop function to prevent danger in case of failure.
(5) Using current transformer, current transducer and upper computer to monitor the working current of high-power equipment such as crusher in real time, so as to master the load and operation of main equipment.
(6) The coal bunker uses radar level gauge to monitor the coal level in real time, and at the same time, it is uploaded to the ground PLC master station, and the current coal level status is displayed in the upper computer in real time.
