How many NPC delegations are there?

There are currently 35 NPC delegations.

The 35 delegations are Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia and Ningxia.

Composition of deputies: The National People's Congress is composed of deputies elected by provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, special administrative regions and the armed forces. All ethnic minorities should have an appropriate number of representatives.

Representative power:

(1) attend the meetings of the people's congresses at the corresponding levels as nonvoting delegates, participate in the deliberation of various proposals, reports and other topics, and express their opinions;

(two) jointly put forward motions, questions and recall cases according to law;

(3) Put forward suggestions, criticisms and opinions on all aspects of work;

(four) to participate in the election of the people's congress at the corresponding level;

(five) to participate in the voting of the people's congress at the corresponding level;

(six) to obtain the information and various guarantees needed to perform the duties of representatives according to law;

(seven) other rights as prescribed by law.
