The former site of Cangxi County Committee in Sichuan and Shaanxi, located in Wenchang Palace, 90 kilometers northeast of Cangxi County, is a quadrangle bungalow with wood structure, with five halls in front and back, and five wings in the left and right. 1June, 933, the Red Fourth Front Army liberated Wenchang area, and the Cangxi County Committee was officially approved by the Sichuan-Shaanxi Provincial Committee. In July, it was established in Sichuan and Shaanxi. The county party committee has successively governed Wenchang, Shima, Yuedong, Xinguan, Sanchuan, Baimiao, Laoguan, Longshan, Dongxi, Yongning, Yuanba, Liuyu, 12 district committees, 95 branches and party member 1000 people. On the one hand, Cangxi County Committee frequently carries out combat missions, on the other hand, it organizes the people of the county to carry them out. On September 8, the first congress of workers, peasants and soldiers in Cangxi county was held in Wenchang field, and the Soviet government was established, with Xu as the general commander. In the autumn of the same year, Xu, commander-in-chief of the Red Fourth Army, entered Wenchang Field and lived here. The main entrance of the front hall is engraved with the couplet "Axe chopping the new world, sickle chopping the old Gankun". The stairs outside the door lead directly to the city. On the stone wall of the front hall of Wenchang Palace, revolutionary slogans such as "Down with imperialism, establish Soviet regime", "Enlarge the Red Army, divide the land equally", "Arm the workers and peasants" and "Destroy Liuxiang, make the whole Sichuan red" are engraved, which have been inspiring the people in the old areas for 80 years, working hard, actively joining the army and building a new socialist countryside. On April 8 1983, the county government announced it as a county-level cultural relics protection unit. The appearance of the courtyard is still intact.
