1. Relevant personnel shall disinfect the nucleic acid sampling room before sampling nucleic acid, and check whether other equipment can operate normally;

2. When sampling, turn on the fan to make the positive pressure system of the isolation cabin run, and adjust the cabin temperature through air conditioning and other equipment;

3. The inspected personnel shall deliver the instrument to the sampling personnel according to the tips of relevant staff (wearing professional gloves);

4. The sampling personnel in the cabin sample the throat swab of the examinee through the glove operation port, and put the throat swab cotton swab into the sampling tube after completion;

5. The sample registration and sample sorting personnel in the cabin shall wipe the surface of the sampling tube introduced by the inspected personnel (disinfect the surface in a sealed state), label and register it, and then put it into the biological sample delivery box;
