On the fourth day of our arrival in Luoyang, we visited a subsidiary of CITIC Heavy Machinery Company, which specializes in producing electronic control systems. CITIC Heavy Machinery Company, formerly known as Luoyang Mining Machinery Factory, specializes in producing heavy equipment for mining. The branch company we visited is a company that cooperates with Siemens in Germany and adopts the advanced technology in the world to produce heavy equipment for mining, mainly including mine hoists, excavators, some hydraulic transmission and control equipment and electric control systems.
When I entered the factory, I was first shocked by the clean and tidy environment of the factory. The factories we visited before were all in a mess, but everything in this factory was clean and tidy. In the factory building on the first floor, I saw the workers put the electric control equipment into the electric control box in order according to the requirements of technicians, and then connected them with wires. After inspection by technicians, they enter the inspection area for inspection, and finally they are labeled as qualified before leaving the factory. On the top floor, we visited the laboratory and design center of this branch. The company has four laboratories cooperating with Siemens, namely, electric drive laboratory, automatic control (PLC) laboratory, network engineering laboratory and hydraulic laboratory. The staff of the laboratory explained AC -DC- AC frequency conversion technology, PLC control technology and remote network control technology to us, and also gave us a demonstration on the spot. Finally, we visited Camel Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., which used to be a military enterprise, mainly producing heavy equipment such as tanks and armored vehicles. Now it mainly produces heavy machinery such as bulldozers and road rollers. This factory has five workshops, namely, structural workshop (cutting), riveting workshop (welding), machining workshop (machining), painting workshop and assembly workshop. In the workshop, I saw many stamping, shearing and pressing equipment and modern painting and assembly production lines.
Through practice, I have learned the necessary knowledge of factory safety production, which is of great help to my future work and practice. By visiting factories and talking with workers' masters, I learned about the process and management methods of industrial production and accumulated experience for my future development. The internship in the factory has further deepened my understanding of what I have learned, which is very helpful for my future study. The production practice ended soon, but I benefited a lot from it. Thousands of books is not as good as Wan Li Road. After the summer vacation, I went to work in Pratt Machinery Factory in the development zone for a month. The machinery factory is not very big. Although the sparrow is small, there are various machines for processing parts. On the first day of work, my first job was assigned to the stamping workshop. Because I have no skills and can't use machine tools, forklifts and the like, the work assigned to me by the workshop director is material classification. I looked up at the workshop, and the roar of the lathe was endless. It turns out that steel plates are cut into different shapes by machine tools of different sizes here, and then transported to different workshops for deep processing, and finally turned into cars. I looked back at where I was going to work. All kinds of iron tools are either placed on shelves or piled in boxes, and some are still hung on the wall. I can't help being confused. I can't name all these things. How should I classify them? Under the guidance of my aunt, I realized that every material has its own drawing number, just like everyone has a name. My job is to put all kinds of materials with different specifications just sent from the warehouse in the designated location. The work was not difficult, but I spent three hours sorting out a box of materials because I was not familiar with the material drawing number and uncertain about the location. I'm going to get off work soon, because I've been bending my head, and when I get back to the dormitory, I feel my bones are falling apart.
Stamping is the first step in all processes of automobile manufacturing. The rolled steel plate must be cut into small plates of different specifications on the cutting machine, and then the initial cutting is carried out by the punch. After simple punching and trimming, it will enter the real stamping process. Stamping is realized by punch and die, and the role of the die is very important, and the quality of the die directly determines the quality of this workpiece. Each working procedure is mostly formed by stamping first, and then through stamping, trimming, flanging and other working procedures, before it becomes the required workpiece. It's easy to feel tired at first. The workshop director is very concerned about me and always gives me the lightest job. I also take the initiative to do some heavy work, such as slicing, and I will also help, hoping to experience more different jobs.
In the next few days, I was transferred to different workshops and tried different jobs. In the welding workshop, I am responsible for painting the steel to be welded with red paint. Because the dust in the painting workshop is relatively heavy, my job is to push the painted front to an open place to dry; When working in a warehouse, I thought it would be the easiest. Although I have received higher education, I am far behind them in terms of social practical experience. After more than ten years of study, I neglected practice. In my opinion, since the establishment of 1970, machinery factory has gone through 30 years of reform and opening up, from small to large, from weak to strong, and has gone through an extraordinary road. However, due to poor management, business leaders do not have the management concept of keeping pace with the times, do not grasp that science and technology are the primary productive forces, and do not innovate.
