4. Cleaning and maintenance in the dust-free workshop

When cleaning the dust-free workshop, the air conditioner and air supply system should be turned on before cleaning;

Receipt and storage of dust-free clothes

After new employees join the job, they must go to the Materials Department with their work ID to receive 2 sets of dust-free clothes;

Old employees do not have dust-free clothes. If the dust-free clothes have been worn for a long time and need to be replaced, they can exchange the old ones with new ones at the on-site statistician;

The dust-free clothes are only used by dedicated personnel and should be properly kept and kept clean; if they are deliberately discarded, compensation will be based on the cost price.

Management and cleaning of dust-free suits

Managers of the manufacturing department distribute two sets to each operator for easy replacement.

The dust-free clothes are collected by the clerks of the manufacturing department and handed over to the warehouse. The human resources department will send them out for cleaning on a regular basis.

After uniform cleaning, it will be handed over from the warehouse to the manufacturing department clerk for distribution to employees.

When handing over the cleanroom clothes, fill in the "Cleaning and Handover Record Form for Cleanroom Clothes" and sign it to show responsibility.

6. Precautions in the dust-free workshop:

Emergency escape doors are strictly prohibited to be opened except for entering the equipment or for non-emergency needs.

Unnecessary paper, FILM, etc. in the dust-free workshop must not be torn to avoid the generation of debris, and should be taken away from the dust-free workshop in a timely manner and discarded. All non-dust-free paper must be sealed before entering the workshop.

After entering the dust-free workshop, you must close the door. Open the door slowly and close the door slowly.

After entering the dust-free workshop, you are not allowed to walk or run frequently in the work area.

In the dust-free workshop, it is strictly prohibited to eat, play, exercise or engage in other things unrelated to work.
